Ship Equipment | China
HMS Series
• The HMS series separator, without a gravity ring, purifies oil by continuously detecting water and automatically draining it, adjusting the oil-water separation interface in the drum.
• It is suitable for heavy oil and high-density residual oil separation treatment, with a separation density of up to 1010kg/m³ and viscosity processing of up to 700cst/50℃.
• In contrast, the HMP series separator achieves oil purification by adjusting the gravity ring to set the oil-water interface, suitable for lubricating oil, marine diesel, heavy oil, and other low-density oil treatment, with a separation density of up to 991kg/m³ and viscosity processing of up to 600cst/50℃.
• Both series have IMO certificates.
HM-605A1
• The HM605-A1 series ship equipment from China features an oil separator module that automates sealing, displacement, and deslagging via electromagnetic valves.
• It regulates temperature and triggers alarms based on temperature and pressure sensors.
• The intelligent, humanized unit module with a touchscreen interface displays dynamic operations and has fault analysis and memory functions.
• It can be integrated into a central control room for remote monitoring.
HM203
• HM203 is a manual slag-discharging dish separator used for oil clarification and purification, suitable for marine installations and power stations, ensuring reliable operation over time.
• The HG series fuel supply units handle various fuels, delivering them to the engine with optimal cleanliness, pressure, flow, and viscosity.
• It combines operation, display, and alarm remote control functions with a safe, efficient, and fully automated design for fuel changes, saving staff time.
• The unit integrates selected devices and functions based on requirements and specifications.
• It automatically adjusts temperature and viscosity to control the heat medium for fuel supply and sets specific viscosity and temperature for different fuel types.
• The unit ensures safety and reliability in fuel delivery.
